Job Description Summary
As the Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will be instrumental in the strategic configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Salesforce platform. This role involves close collaboration with the Salesforce team and other departments to translate complex business requirements into tangible, strategic solutions within the platform. A key focus will be designing and building unique solutions to satisfy specific business needs. Furthermore, you will support evolving business demands by creating comprehensive documentation for end-user services and defining clear Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics.Please note this is a fixed-term 12 month contract.
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact person for users, supporting them with answering questions and resolving issues across Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud while cultivating a positive support experience
Create an optimal user onboarding experience by managing the users and licenses in Salesforce based on roles and profiles. This includes setting up new users and deactivating users, providing permission sets, and adding/removing them from public groups and queues
Maintain high standards of data quality through regular audits, cleansing, and enforcement of validation and duplicate rules. Manage data imports, exports, and storage needs while ensuring compliance with data governance standards
Leverage standard Salesforce automation to streamline user tasks and standardize business processes
Manage and build reports and dashboards in conjunction with user input and assist with regression testing during Salesforce releases and assist with Testing/QA
Knowledge and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience
Salesforce Administrator Certification is required and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification is considered an asset
A process-oriented and resourceful individual with excellent time management and is able to effectively prioritize workload with good tolerance for ambiguity and changing priorities
Proficient with Google Suite, Salesforce Data Loader and SOQL
Excellent time management and prioritization skills to respond to business needs alongside critical analytical thinking and data-driven decision making skills

The annual salary for this job ranges from:
$81,700.00 - $122,500.00STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
