Senior Program Associate, Marketing Change Control
Job Description SummaryAre you a process-driven person with excellent organization and communication skills? STEMCELL is searching for a Senior Program Associate for Marketing Change Control who will support projects, functions and initiatives within the Marketing and Business Operations (BOP) departments.
This is a unique opportunity to have a high level of independence within a cross-functional role, and take ownership of all approvals for Change Control Requests (CCRs) on projects within BOP and Marketing. You will be leading the process from start to finish and represent marketing in company-wide change initiatives. Most importantly, you will be a champion for input and support for program and process development, including establishing documentation and reporting needs, as well as stakeholder training and communication.

Duties and Responsibilities
Works with change requestors within BOP and Marketing to review and submit Change Control Request (CCR) documents
Works with QA and cross-departmental change coordinator groups to review and approve submitted CCRs
Tracks trends in these changes submitted by and/or impacting BOP and Marketing groups and develops work instructions or checklists for similar types of changes for proactive resolution
Provides onboarding CCR trainings to new hires in BOP and Marketing and identifies training opportunities for change initiators to improve efficiency
Performs general project coordination tasks, as assigned
Knowledge and Qualifications
Minimum of a BSc degree in life sciences with 2-3 years experience in business operations or similar preferred
Experience in writing formal documentation including: status reports, progress presentations
Practical experience with SAP, Power BI and/or database management is an asset.
Strong facilitation skills within multidisciplinary teams, facilitated by excellent written and oral communication skills
Outstanding organizational skills, time management, planning capabilities, with experience and interest in project management an asset
