Senior Corporate Administrative Associate
Job Description Summary
The Senior Corporate Administrative Assistant at STEMCELL is responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to the Corporate Affairs Department with the goal of ensuring that the CEO and corporate objectives, goals and related projects are met and departmental organization and efficiency are maintained. He/she will also provide administrative support as required to members of the Executive Committee. This position requires a high level of professionalism and discretion as an ambassador of STEMCELL, and as a frontline representative of the President & CEO and STEMCELL’s culture and values.Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative assistance to the CEO Office and the wider Corporate Affairs Department
Coordinate or contribute to key operational activities within the Corporate Affairs Department
Provide administrative assistance to assigned Executive members.
Assist as needed with the logistical efforts and details for the execution of company activities and social events
Provide back-up coverage for various team members
Provide back-up reception coverage across offices as required
Knowledge and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, with 2-6 years of administration and/or coordination experience
Relevant experience in a research facility or biotechnology company is preferred
Tech savvy with excellent record keeping skills
Proactive with strong attention to detail and organizational skills

The annual salary for this job ranges from:
$71,200.00 - $96,400.00STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
