Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, behavioural based interview support, reference and background checks, and offers of employment
Develop and maintain strong working relationships based on trust and transparency with members of the HR team and other key business stakeholders throughout the organization
Manage the recruitment process and related activities using technology including the HRIS system (Workday)
Report on and respond to recruiting related KPIs and metrics to inform the business and to drive recruitment strategies and tactics
Knowledge and Qualifications
Post-secondary degree in a science related discipline
Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience; experience in biotech is an asset
Direct lab-based experience in the life sciences is preferred

The annual base salary for this job ranges from:
$78,640.00 - $118,000.00STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
