Quality Control Associate
Job Description Summary
STEMCELL Technologies is searching for two Quality Control (QC) Associates to join our team!As the QC Associate, you will perform routine environmental monitoring and laboratory sampling, testing and analysis in support of our cleanroom operations. You will be a part of our task force for troubleshooting and non conformance investigations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards. Additionally, you will contribute to qualification activities for cleanroom, gowning and aseptic processing along with other daily duties, playing an integral role in maintaining the quality and reliability of company operations.
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform environmental monitoring of controlled cleanrooms and laboratory areas in accordance with approved procedures, including data analysis and report preparation
- Carryout specialized testing for purified water systems including bioburden and endotoxin analysis
- Contribute to qualification activities to support cleanroom, gowning and aseptic processing practices
- Participate in and maintain compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS), including supporting the development and improvement of QC testing procedures
- Troubleshoot issues to complete nonconformance investigations, corrective actions/preventative actions (CAPA), and Out-of Specification (OOS) investigations in support of the QMS, and collaborate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
Knowledge and Qualifications
- BSc or technical degree in Life Sciences (e.g. Microbiology, Chemistry) with less than 2 years related laboratory experience
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and aseptic techniques to ensure the integrity and reliability of samples and results. Familiarity with GMP and environmental monitoring in cleanroom settings is an asset
- Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to contribute to a positive and cooperative work environment
- Proficient in preparing, interpreting, and maintaining accurate laboratory reports and quality documentation
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve quality-related issues

The annual salary for this job ranges from:
$58,500.00 - $79,100.00STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
