Join the STEMCELL Technologies team as a Program Manager with our Quality Operations Team!The Program Manager, Quality Operations is responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of assigned projects for their designated portfolio team. You ensure that program goals will be achieved, with project deliverables completed in a timely fashion. You exercise sound judgment when navigating undefined practices and procedures, and can envision future goals within the current foundation. You are comfortable communicating and liaising with all levels of staff and management, with an ability to consult, negotiate and share information. Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead project and initiatives to ensure successful completion of program components
Contribute to the development of annual program goals
Support developing new programs to carry out the strategic direction of the organization
Make decisions based on regulatory, corporate and customer requirements and ensures course of action suggested is based on a comprehensive judgment
Communicate and liaise with staff, management, consultants, vendors and others as needed
Knowledge and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience experience
Related experience in program management and facilitating and managing consultation processes with a wide range of stakeholder groups required
Strong knowledge of program management fundamentals
Experience communicating and influencing within a complex interdisciplinary environment
Strong computer literacy experience with word-processing, spreadsheet, presentation, program management and database applications
