Learning Consultant, Talent Mobility (6 Months Fixed Term)

As a Learning Consultant, Talent Mobility, you will be a key member of the Talent Management and Organizational Development team and will facilitate learning programs primarily focused on Talent Mobility. You may either become certified in our vendor-sourced learning curriculum or partner with SMEs internally to help develop proprietary programs.This is a 6 month fixed term position offering immediate health, vision and dental benefits upon starting.
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Facilitates learning programs both virtually and in-person primarily focused on, but not limited to, talent mobility
Communicates with participants pre and post programs to support learning outcomes and transfer of learning
Develops and maintains curriculum and learning materials as required. • Partners with vendors to maintain effective working relationships
Consults with key stakeholders as required, often in partnership with senior learning consultants
Supports Talent Management and Organizational Development team with other programs as needed
Knowledge and Qualifications
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in related field with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experiences (including learning needs analysis, learning design, content development and delivery for individuals and groups, talent acquisition, DEI)
Comfortable learning to use new technologies in creative ways
Demonstrated commitment and passion for continuous life-long learning
Critical thinking and relationship building skills
Experience in cloud based learning management systems (LMS) and technology such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate, Confluence and Docebo
