Duties & Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable
Match supplier invoices to reception or purchase order for approvals
Manage electronic flow and support users (workflow/exceptions)
Follow up discrepancies and chase credit notes
Book invoices in company ERP including fixed assets
Prepare supplier payment campaigns
Fix goods receipt and invoice receipt discrepancies (GR/IR)
Update accounting allocation dashboards for the accounting and the purchasing department
Prepare the accruals for month end closing
Participate in the continuous improvement of processes in line with the internal control policy on EU entities.
Accounts Receivable
Make contact with customers to identify the causes of non-payment and propose actions to recover collections (many European countries: France, England, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, etc.).
Follow up with customers (mainly by email, but also by phone).
Reconciliate customer payments in company ERP
Perform bank reconciliations
Manage EDI platforms tasks (Coupa, Chorus, Tungsten etc.)
Print and send to customers, copies of documents as needed (invoice, delivery note, proof of delivery, purchase order, etc)
Intercompany
Prepare wire transfers between our intercompany entities
Book and cleared intercompany payments
Work on the intercompany reconciliation on weekly basis
Qualifications:
Dynamic and teamwork oriented
Rigorous and high attention to detail
Good investigative and communication skills
Excellent organization, able to manage workload changes (Month End Closing)
Good practice of Microsoft Office and Mailbox
ERP knowledge, SAP experience appreciated
A level in English would be appreciated
3 years of experience on a similar role

Fonctions & Responsabilités:
Accounts Payables
Faire correspondre les factures AP aux réceptions ou aux bons de commandes pour les approbations.
Suivre les écarts et chasser les notes de crédit.
Comptabiliser les factures dans l'ERP de l'entreprise y compris les immobilisations.
Préparer les campagnes de paiements AP.
Résoudre les écarts de réception et facturation (GR/IR).
Préparer les provisions de clôtures mensuels.
Accounts Receivables
Prendre contact avec les clients pour identifier les causes de non-paiement et proposer des actions de récupération des encaissements (nombreux pays d’Europe : France, Angleterre, Espagne, Portugal, Allemagne, Suisse, Pays Bas.).
Relancer les clients (principalement par Email, mais aussi par téléphone).
Saisir quotidiennement les règlements clients dans notre ERP.
Effectuer les réconciliations de nos différents comptes bancaires.
Gérer les fonctions quotidiennes de nos différentes plateformes EDI (Ariba, Chorus, Tungsten etc).
Fournir les factures, BL, preuves de livraisons, ordres de commandes etc. aux clients.
Missions diverses et variées pour soutenir l’équipe comptabilité auxiliaire.
Intercompany
Préparer les virements bancaires intra société dans différentes devises.
Saisir et rapprocher les pièces intra société.
Effectuer la réconciliation des comptes auxiliaires intra société.
Qualifications:
Dynamique et esprit d'équipe fort
Rigoureux(se) et grande attention aux détails
Bonnes capacités d'investigation et de communication.
Excellente organisation, capable de gérer les changements de charge de travail (clôture de fin de mois).
Maitrise de Microsoft Office
Une connaissance de SAP serait appréciée
Notion en anglais nécessaire

The annual base salary for this job ranges from:
€0.00 - €47,200.00STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
