Job Description Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career with the Conference Management team, where you'll play a key role in bringing regional Sales and Marketing events to life. As a Conference Administrator, you will be supported by an experienced team while following established processes to support execution-based tasks, including the fulfillment of marketing material requests, inventory management of promotional items, and basic logistics coordination for vendor shows working with established processes and guidance from the team. You will ensure the seamless execution of event touchpoints, supporting customer engagement and regional sales growth.Please note this is a fixed- term contract position with an estimated end date of December, 2026.
Ce poste est un excellent point d’entrée dans l’équipe de Management de Conférences, et il a pour objectif de maintenir la capacité opérationnelle et de soutenir l'organisation d'événements régionaux liés aux ventes et au marketing. Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate the printing, assembly, and timely shipping of all marketing materials and collateral to conferences, vendor shows, and sales team members as requested
Maintain an accurate inventory and supply of promotional items and marketing collateral to prevent shortages and ensure material readiness
Support regional sales teams with vendor show logistics through the efficient preparation and dispatch of required marketing assets
Perform additional administrative duties and task-based support as required by the Conference Management team to balance seasonal workload demands
Knowledge and Qualifications
1-2 years of work experience in an administrative, clerical, retail, or warehouse/logistics support environment
High school diploma, or 1-2 year vocational training / associates degree
Basic understanding of inventory control and tracking practices
Ability to follow established workflows, instructions and safety guidelines under direct supervision
Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 20 pounds

Coordonner l'impression, l'assemblage et l'expédition dans les délais de tous les supports marketing et documents d'accompagnement destinés aux conférences, aux salons professionnels et aux membres de l'équipe commerciale, selon les demandes
Gérer avec précision les stocks et l'approvisionnement en articles promotionnels et supports marketing afin d'éviter toute rupture de stock et de garantir la disponibilité des supports
Soutenir les équipes commerciales régionales dans la logistique des salons professionnels grâce à la préparation et à l'expédition efficaces des supports marketing requis
Effectuer des tâches administratives supplémentaires et apporter un soutien ponctuel, selon les besoins de l’équipe de gestion des conférences, afin d’équilibrer la charge de travail saisonnière
Qualifications et connaissances
Expérience professionnelle de 1 à 2 ans dans un environnement administratif, de secrétariat, de vente au détail ou d’entrepôt/logistique
Diplôme de niveau Bac+2, ou formation professionnelle de 1 à 2 ans
Connaissances de base en matière de gestion des stocks et de suivi des marchandises.
Capacité à suivre les processus de travail, les instructions et les consignes de sécurité établis, sous supervision directe
Anglais professionnel souhaité
Capacité à soulever, porter ou déplacer un poids d'au moins 15kg

The annual salary for this job ranges from:
€26,800.00 - €36,900.00STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package that may include health benefits, retirement savings, and more (depending on region).
