Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Apply scientific expertise, business acumen, and solution-oriented customer service to establish and nurture positive relationships with customers
Engage with and support prospective STEMCELL customers via LiveChat, e-mail, and LinkedIn
Perform literature and market analysis to identify and target potential new customers, and set up meetings or calls with Sales representatives
Assist with data entry and administrative duties for our Marketing, Inside Sales, and Field Sales teams
Document communications and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) database for the Sales team
Knowledge and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, or equivalent field
A minimum of one year of sales, marketing, or customer service experience or familiarity is an asset
Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced and goal-focused environment
