Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Execute complex testing for newly developed and existing products (RUO and GMP), documenting results, investigating failures, and providing feedback on defects and test outcomes
Partner with QA and cross-functional stakeholders to develop test cases that ensure full coverage of system and customer requirements (SRS/CRS), and prepare test cases for review and approval prior to execution
Coordinate and plan testing workload across multiple projects, balancing priorities between sustaining engineering and new product development timelines
Analyze current system testing practices, research alternative approaches, and recommend improvements to tools, processes, and methodologies
Stay current with trends and best practices in automated testing and requirements managements, and apply learning to improve team effectiveness
Knowledge and Qualifications
PhD or MSc with minimum of 4 years of experience, or Bachelor's with minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
Broad knowledge of system testing practices, and familiarity with industry best practices and alternative approaches
Ability to work under limited supervision to meet targets and service standards, with work reviewed for quality
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to recommend and drive process improvements
Proficient programming skills (intermediate to advanced), including experience developing automated test scripts; experience with medical devices, embedded systems, and/or laboratory automation is considered an asset

The annual salary for this job ranges from:
$94,600.00 - $142,000.00STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
