Recruitment Fraud Alert

STEMCELL Technologies has become aware of a scam wherein somebody is offering remote job opportunities, posing as STEMCELL Hiring Management during interviews, then providing fraudulent employee agreements and checks. We have reported this criminal activity to the appropriate authorities and our online security team is working hard to ensure that it is dealt with. Please be advised that all legitimate employment opportunities at STEMCELL, including any jobs advertised on third party sites such as Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn, or other local job boards will also be posted at jobs.stemcell.com, and any employment applications must be submitted directly to STEMCELL Technologies through that site. Job Description Summary

STEMCELL Technologies is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Associate to join our growing team!

As the Senior Sales Operations Associate, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing Sales Operations programs, processes, and systems. Within this role, you will manage both new and ongoing business requirements across core Sales Operations functions, including territory planning, target setting, data and system infrastructure, reporting and analytics, and sales incentive administration. Additionally, you will identify and implement best practices to align with industry standards and support future growth.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure existing sales operations processes are executed while establishing high levels of quality, accuracy and consistency standards

  • Implement enhancements to data, processes, and tools in response to evolving business needs, while maintaining clear documentation to support governance and compliance

  • Identify and recommend opportunities to standardize processes and tools to improve scalability and enhance sales process efficiencies

  • Perform data analysis and deliver actionable insights to support business decision making, including maintaining existing reports and developing new dashboards as needed

  • Support key sales operations functions including territory planning, target setting, and sales incentive administration, while contributing to ongoing process improvements 

Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations or a related field

  • Solid understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and techniques

  • Experience using and developing reports, metrics and dashboards with tools such as Salesforce, SQL, Snowflake, SAP, or similar platforms; Python is considered an asset

  • Business acumen, with experience or knowledge of the biotech industry considered an asset

The annual salary for this job ranges from:

$71,200.00 - $96,400.00

STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
