Senior Manager, Facilities Planning and Services
Job Description Summary
STEMCELL Technologies is looking for an established Senior Manager, Facilities Planning and Services, to lead the design, standardization, and management of our expanding global operations. In this role, you will oversee the management and coordination of our facilities services to ensure global standardization in service delivery and user support. By managing the day to day service delivery as well as planning for the implementation and improvement of our new facilities and services, you will be instrumental in ensuring consistent, high-quality support and responsiveness for all of our key internal and external partners.Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Accountable for the oversight, management, maintenance, and process driven continual improvement of the facilities service delivery model by managing priorities based on multiple cross functional timelines, key portfolio/client needs, and resource loads and capacity
Act as the primary point of coordination between internal teams and external vendors/service providers, managing contracts and service expectations in collaboration with Corporate Procurement
Coach and develop team members on best practices in Facilities Services and customer engagement
Lead office-related projects for Facilities Operations, encompassing space design, renovations, expansions, and Transition to Operations (TTO). Oversee and uphold facility standards for safety, cleanliness, and overall workplace quality
Establish and lead the achievement of team goals within a 1–2 year strategic planning horizon, and contribute to department-level planning and budgeting aligned with corporate objectives
Knowledge and Qualifications
10+ years of experience in a similar facilities management role with evidence of progressive responsibility. Facility Management Certification is an asset
Demonstrated experience in facilities services management across multiple sites, including strong vendor and stakeholder management. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence all organizational levels
Experience leading service delivery with a ticketing system such as JIRA, Envoy, or similar
Experience working with teams in a matrix environment
Knowledge in leases, contracts, applicable building and city-bylaws, codes and regulations in BC will be considered an asset

The annual base salary for this job ranges from:
$119,600.00 - $179,400.00STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
