Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule onsite interviews at our various STEMCELL locations in Greater Vancouver, facilitate cross-communications between all parties involved in the hiring and recruiting activities
• Maintain high level of quality, accuracy and well-organized documentation on all candidates, status of active job requisitions, and other recruitment activities 
• Generate reports using Workday such as recruiting dashboards, metrics and data analytics, including weekly recruitment reports to track open positions
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Knowledge and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of administration experience in either human resources, customer service, marketing and/or sales environment
• Post secondary degree in HR, business, marketing, life sciences or Information systems, or equivalent experience
• Customer service oriented, professional demeanor
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize time and workload to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines

The annual salary for this job ranges from:

$59,900.00 - $81,100.00

STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
