Marketing Operations Specialist
Job Description Summary
Are you looking to apply your expertise in marketing automation to optimize and scale innovative customer engagement strategies? If so, come join our Marketing Operations team as a Marketing Operations Specialist! In this role, you will help configure, operate, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data 360 for various use cases across Marketing and Sales. You will be responsible for translating engagement strategies into aligned and scalable audience segments, activation workflows, and data-driven campaigns. You will contribute to initiatives aiming to improve marketing automation processes, programs, and systems, with the goal of enabling the capture and use of customer data at scale.Please note this is a fixed-term contract position with an anticipated end date of September 2027.
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Configure and manage the Salesforce marketing automation platform used to send emails, orchestrate customer journeys, and manage customer data
Design and implement automated marketing programs and campaigns that support demand generation, lead nurturing, and customer engagement
Develop and optimize audience segments, subscriptions, consent, data enrichment, and identity rules to ensure communications are delivered to the right people at the right time
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to translate business goals into scalable marketing automation and activation programs
Execute continuous improvement initiatives aiming to further develop and optimize the use and value of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data 360
Knowledge and Qualifications
Relevant Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of related work experience
Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM required
Experience working with Salesforce Data 360 is considered an asset
Strong understanding of marketing automation, email marketing, and lead nurturing
Excellent communications and collaboration skills

The annual salary for this job ranges from:
$81,700.00 - $122,500.00STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
