Recruitment Fraud Alert

STEMCELL Technologies has become aware of a scam wherein somebody is offering remote job opportunities, posing as STEMCELL Hiring Management during interviews, then providing fraudulent employee agreements and checks. We have reported this criminal activity to the appropriate authorities and our online security team is working hard to ensure that it is dealt with. Please be advised that all legitimate employment opportunities at STEMCELL, including any jobs advertised on third party sites such as Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn, or other local job boards will also be posted at jobs.stemcell.com, and any employment applications must be submitted directly to STEMCELL Technologies through that site. Further, all email correspondence with STEMCELL will be through an official "@stemcell.com" email address - you will never receive an email from STEMCELL via gmail or any other email domain. Job Description Summary

The eLearning Content Developer is an important resource involved in the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of eLearning content and smooth functioning of the enterprise Learning Management system. The primary purpose of the role is to assist in the development of high quality eLearning the support key initiatives at STEMCELL.

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Produce eLearning content in a variety of formats and using a variety of tools including Google, Articulate and Docebo Learning Management System

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build, curate content and maintain Knowledge Center websites that support the training and knowledge management needs of end users

  • Build and manage processes for tracking ongoing content updates across multiple systems

  • Build, review and test courses, including assessments, within the Enterprise LMS escalating issues when required

  • Develop and share case studies and "good practice" examples of eLearning with department across STEMCELL

Qualifications:

  • Typically required a bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of relevant experiences.

  • Interest in eLearning and desire to help others learn

  • Experience producing websites or other types of online content and an eye for design

  • Creativity and curiosity related to learning and learning technologies

  • Critical thinking and relationship building skills.

  • Strong writing, communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
