Job Description Summary
STEMCELL has an exciting opening to lead the Global Facilities Planning and Design team for a Director. The Director will be responsible for extracting the short-term and long-term departmental facility, infrastructure and equipment requirements and devise effective solutions so that the user groups are able to progress their objectives with minimal disruption and impact to growth. This role must balance the departmental requirements with the overall corporate objectives. Departmental objectives must be accurately and timely communicated to facilitate effective delivery of the solutions. The role also ensures the timely and reliable delivery of building and laboratory services to user groups.Job Description

- Aggregate Departmental facility, infrastructure and equipment requirements.
- Optimize design and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication with and among all departments to gather, analyze and help solve facility and equipment requirements.
- Lead all aspects of facility, infrastructure and equipment planning and design for STEMCELL’s global portfolio of thirteen facilities and its associated infrastructure.
Knowledge and Qualifications
- Master's degree with 15+ years of relevant experience or a PhD degree with 12+ years experience in industry.
- Extensive leadership experience in leading small teams within one department
- Expert-level knowledge and skills in strategic growth and operational scaling.

The annual salary for this job ranges from:
$141,400.00 - $235,600.00STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
