Duties and Responsibilities
Print and prepare labels, and assemble, relabel, package, and handle goods/materials in accordance with SOPs, work instructions, and specifications
Pick and pre-pull materials/components required for assembly and labeling tasks, ensuring accuracy and traceability
Support other Distribution Centre (DC) Operations tasks as assigned (e.g., replenishment, put-away, staging, inventory support, and general warehouse support activities)
Safely operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, high reach pickers) and complete required ERP (SAP) transactions
Follow all safety, security, and regulatory requirements and contribute to continuous improvement, including working in cold environments (cooler/freezer) as required
Knowledge and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalency. Prior experience in a similar role within manufacturing/production and working with biological and chemical materials is an asset
Strong computer skills alongside experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (SAP), RF Guns, and material handling equipment is considered an asset
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to follow written instructions, standard operating procedures, and quality guidelines
Physically able to lift up to 20-30 lbs and work for periods of time in a cold room environment
Please note that shift times will be 9-5 and occasional overtime may be required.

The annual salary for this job ranges from:
$52,748.00 - $65,600.00STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
