Talent Sourcing Associate
Job Description Summary

Our growing talent acquisition team is seeking another Talent Sourcing Associate to support our hiring needs! In this role you will help source, identify, and start the recruitment process for candidates to fill our current and/or future vacancies. You will partner closely with our Talent Acquisition team to generate interest in our vacancies and produce and maintain candidate pools, while utilizing and building creative sourcing approaches to pipeline strong and diverse candidates across various technical and non-technical roles within STEMCELL.Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Source and pipeline candidates through online channels (job boards, internal database and professional networks) utilizing Boolean searches, social media, and alternative creative sourcing methodologies
Provide a first point of contact for STEMCELL, focused on an exceptional candidate experience through regular and effective communications and customer care
Assist with development and implementation of candidate initiatives such as candidate newsletters, marketing campaigns, and sourcing strategies
Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and the greater Talent Acquisition team (including Recruiters and other Talent Sourcing Specialists) to identify the requirements of each position while providing timely and accurate information on candidate interactions
Develop and leverage external talent intelligence to inform Talent Acquisition Partners and/or other stakeholders as it relates to hiring strategies
Knowledge and Qualifications
Undergraduate degree is required, a scientific degree is considered an asset
Strong knowledge of technology (Boolean search logic, Google Suite, Office Suite, and social media such as LinkedIn)
Good time-management and organization skills, with the ability to adapt and a proven ability to think strategically and problem solve
Strong communication skills and the desire to build genuine relationships
Previous experience in recruitment/sourcing roles or familiarity with recruitment/sourcing technology is an asset
