Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Designs/sources and delivers leadership development aligned with STEMCELL's Leadership Capabilities to global leaders at varying levels and across all departments

• Consults with key stakeholders to determine and gain agreement on optimal learning solutions to meet business needs

• Employs systems thinking to align learning programs with overall learning strategy

• Uses data and analytics to monitor learning outcomes and make decisions regarding programming

​Knowledge and Qualifications

• Typically requires a Master's degree in a related field with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience (including learning needs analysis, learning design, content development and delivery for individuals and groups)

• Applied systems thinking experience as it pertains to organizational learning and leadership development

• Expertise in cloud based learning management systems (LMS) and technology such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate, Confluence and Docebo

• Certified Professional Coach preferred
