You will influence and gain agreement on the adoption of new learning programs and solutions and you will mentor and coach employees on their learning paths
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Designs/sources and delivers leadership development aligned with STEMCELL's Leadership Capabilities to global leaders at varying levels and across all departments
Consults with key stakeholders to determine and gain agreement on optimal learning solutions to meet business needs
Employs systems thinking to align learning programs with overall learning strategy
Uses data and analytics to monitor learning outcomes and make decisions regarding programming
Knowledge and Qualifications
Typically requires a Master's degree in a related field with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience (including learning needs analysis, learning design, content development and delivery for individuals and groups)
Applied systems thinking experience as it pertains to organizational learning and leadership development
Expertise in cloud based learning management systems (LMS) and technology such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate, Confluence and Docebo
Certified Professional Coach preferred
