Senior Facilities Planning & Services Coordinator
Job Description Summary
If you are a proactive, organized and customer-oriented individual looking to join the largest Canadian company in biotech, this could be your next opportunity.In this role you will work closely with the Director, Global Facilities Planning and Services, supporting the day-to-day requests for office and laboratory needs. You will support our 6+ global facilities and will be involved in projects and tasks relating to space planning.
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Support the daily needs relating to our global facilities including administering and interfacing with employees via the facilities ticketing system and workspace booking software
Coordinate services between internal stakeholders and external contractors/service providers including moves, and scheduling of regular and ad-hoc services
Provide administrative support within the Facilities Operations Department, including scheduling of meetings, minutes taking, management of shared inbox, tracking and communicating recurring facility related fees, and monitoring contract expiry dates as required
Conduct regular audits of local facilities to ensure ongoing safety and cleanliness
Knowledge and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of experience
Google Suite knowledge
Organized and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
Cooperative and communicative attitude with executive staff, managers, and employees
Customer Service experience is a plus

The annual base salary for this job ranges from:
$68,595.00 - $92,800.00STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
