Job Description Summary
Canada’s largest biotech company is growing again! STEMCELL Technologies’ Information Services team is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to help support all stages of technical project delivery.This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage and refine your analytical skills and experience in a collaborative, highly motivated and dynamic team environment. In this role, you will be responsible for eliciting business needs from a wide variety of stakeholders throughout our business, creating technical requirements, user stories, use case scenarios, and mapping processes and workflows. You will also play a key role in the selection and implementation of a variety of business solutions, from RFx creation through to implementation and configuration.

Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
Elicit business requirements through extensive analysis of current business processes and contribute to the development of project scope
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, resolves issues and breaks down high-level information into details to articulate view points to senior management
Facilitates discussions and follows a structured approach to plan, elicit, analyze, document, communicate and manage requirements with stakeholders
Identifies opportunities to strengthen business processes
Qualifications
Post-secondary degree with 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working on a variety of technical projects
Strong experience in eliciting and documenting requirements for complex initiatives where data may not be easily identifiable
Proven facilitation and problem-solving skills
Experience balancing business needs and technology constraints while keeping the end user needs at top of mind
Experience in large-scale projects and initiatives
