Job Description Summary

The Project Coordinator, Operations will work within the Process Development Operations team to support the operational programs associated with the Department.The candidate will also work proactively to identify continuous improvement opportunities, improve operational efficiencies and reduce waste. This position will have an exciting opportunity to contribute to both big and small initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and administer the day-to-day operational activities related to change management 

  • Prepare, distribute and maintain documentation according to company quality standards and best practices.

  • Provides clear, effective and appropriate communications to different audiences across the organization (up, down and across)

  • Coordinate a variety of meetings and communications including tracking and following up on timelines and deliverables, progress reports, agendas, meeting minutes, action items and database maintenance

  • Implement and maintain best practices for planning and tracking project priorities.

  • Lead program teams, develops schedules, and determines resources needed to achieve deliverables

  • Seeks opportunities for team alignment by collaborating, motivating, consensus building and influencing team members

  • Generates continuous improvement ideas or activities to identify efficiencies, improve processes, and reduce costs

  • Perform other project tasks and duties as required.


  • BSc with 0 to 3 years relevant experience.

  • 1 year of project coordination experience is preferred.

  • Knowledge of Google and MS Office suite of products.

  • Clear, articulate, and professional verbal and written reasoning skills to communicate effectively to audiences across the organization.

  • Proven organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and tasks with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Comfortable and adaptable to changing priorities and able to respond quickly. 

  • Highly professional with proven judgement and discretion.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively and gain cooperation of others across functional teams.

  • Higher compliance and GMP project or program coordination experience an asset.

  • Knowledge of ERP systems an asset
