In this role you will be integral to the seamless execution of our R&D endeavors.
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Closely collaborate with program managers to prioritize agenda items, arrange meeting schedules and take detailed minutes
Carefully document and report program scope, timelines and deliverables on multiple projects
Coordinate strategy, goal setting, and brainstorming meetings across multi-disciplinary teams within R&D and across the business
Update and maintain organizational charts, key processes, regulatory documents and databases
Serve as a project resource throughout all phases of the project life-cycle from initiation to completion
Qualifications
BSc with less than 2 years work or co-op experience, science background preferred but not required
Knowledgeable and comfortable using Google suite, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management tools with the ability to learn new programs when required
Familiarity with completing standardized and templated documents
Understanding of and experience with common administrative functions such as minute taking, online filing, writing professional correspondence
