Program Coordinator, Primary Cells, provides ongoing support to the Primary & Cultured Cells team.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the triaging of emails from sales reps for Primary Cells inbox.

  • Attend and take minutes for regular team and project meetings as required.

  • Assist with the execution of special projects, including product launches.

  • Assist in collecting data and metrics for market and daily operations analyses.

  • Assist with Sales/customer queries within 1 business day, but ideally within 2 hours.

  • Assist with inventory management and customer service requests.

  • Coordinate inventory/service requests between the customer, Sales, and Customer Service.

  • Collaborate cross departmentally, working with Business Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Quality Assurance, and Logistics.

  • Perform general administrative functions, including scheduling and planning corporate/partnership meetings.

  • Other activities as required to support the Business Operations, Primary Cells Division.


  • Bachelor’s degree or a diploma is highly recommended.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and adapt to dynamic environments.

  • Ability to meet timelines for deliverables.
