Manager, Software Engineering

As the Manager, Software Engineering, you will ensure that all software engineering team members have the appropriate tools and processes to perform their work according to best practices. Duties and Responsibilities
Act as a technical advisor and mentor in the field of software engineering, covering "full stack" from embedded firmware systems to cloud-based and user facing applications
Manage design reviews involving all stakeholders and approve all code
Estimate and monitor timelines for all software engineering tasks to ensure tasks are completed on time and according to requirements
Allocate resources and manage priorities according to critical paths in cooperation with project managers
Collaborate with engineers, product managers and scientists to accomplish goals
Knowledge and Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience
Practical knowledge and experience in leading teams, processes, and projects related to software development or software engineering
Advanced-level knowledge and skills across a range of areas within software and embedded systems development
