As the Manager of the Enterprise Systems Platform at STEMCELL Technologies, you will be accountable for managing technical aspects of STEMCELL’s Enterprise Systems platforms including implementation, operation, expansion, support, and maintenance activities.

You will develop and implement short and long-term Enterprise Systems technical roadmaps and strategies to ensure Technology meets and supports STEMCELL's business vision and objectives. This position works alongside other technology leaders to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with business process and system owners and manage external partners to ensure application change is effectively designed and implemented in accordance with business strategy and in alignment with cross-functional objectives

• Develop monthly release plans and lead the team through successful delivery

• Collaborate with Information Systems and other business and IT leaders to develop ES operation and expansion strategy

• Ensure the enterprise systems are maintained in accordance with best practices

• Define and enhance methodologies and practices for the application lifecycle management in line with best practices and practical experience of continuous improvement

• Facilitate innovative and experimental application work to test new ideas and aggressively pursues automation to improve velocity

Knowledge and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

• 10+ years of progressively senior experience in an SAP ERP environment, knowledge of modern development practices & methodologies, at least 3 end-to-end implementations, and major upgrade projects

• Demonstrated experience leading SAP ABAP/Fiori, Basis implementation, and support teams

• Knowledge of SAP best practices, processes, and methodologies, competence in more than one functional and technical area, detailed understanding of SAP architecture, detailed understanding of SAP's change control methodologies, budgeting, and estimation
