Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with business groups to identify, document and communicate business/technical requirements and user stories
Identifies and documents detailed business/technical requirements and user stories
Perform current state analysis of existing business systems or applications and functions, document, analyze and assess current business processes.
Facilitate testing for enhanced user experience.
Seek feedback for improvements to existing business solutions
Knowledge and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 2-6 years of relevant experience or Master's with less than 4 years of experience
Green Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification (or similar process improvement certification) and experience with process documentation and standardization
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with common business analysis tools and techniques
Able to build formal or informal work breakdown structures and project schedules
Experience in organizational skills, able to prioritize and meet established deadlines
