Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving and processing orders, coordinating shipments, answering phones, responding to emails, providing prompt responses to customer concerns while delivering exceptional customer service.
The Customer Service Representative will work as part of the team that is responsible for receiving and processing orders, coordinating shipments, answering phones, responding to emails, providing prompt responses to customer concerns while delivering exceptional customer service. Other tasks will be performed as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
Working with the Sales, Technical Support, and Corporate Operations Teams to ensure orders are entered, shipped, and confirmed in a timely manner.
Submit and process customer and internal orders in the enterprise resource planning system.
Manage communications to customers and to internal departments as needed.
Participate and provide recommendations in continuous improvement discussions.
Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Previous experience in Order Processing or Customer Service is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
