Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide full-cycle recruitment for scientific,technical, and early career roles including researching candidate personas, sourcing, screening, behavioural based interview support, reference and background checks, and offer of employment
Initiate, coordinate and attend events at Universities and Industry related functions
Develop and maintain strong, trusting, working relationships with members of the HR team and other key business stakeholders throughout the organization
Implement robust scientific recruitment strategies to support STEMCELL’s growth objectives
Manage the recruitment process and related activities using technology including the HRIS system
Report on and respond to recruiting related KPIs and metrics to inform the business and to drive recruitment strategies and tactics
Knowledge and Qualifications
PhD is strongly preferred with direct lab-based experience in relevant field, such as cell biology, immunology, biotechnology, biochemistry (a minimum of a BSc is required)
Bilingual in French preferred
Previous recruitment and/or sales experience preferred
