Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide full-cycle recruitment for scientific,technical, and early career roles including researching candidate personas, sourcing, screening, behavioural based interview support, reference and background checks, and offer of employment

• Initiate, coordinate and attend events at Universities and Industry related functions

• Develop and maintain strong, trusting, working relationships with members of the HR team and other key business stakeholders throughout the organization

• Implement robust scientific recruitment strategies to support STEMCELL’s growth objectives

• Manage the recruitment process and related activities using technology including the HRIS system

• Report on and respond to recruiting related KPIs and metrics to inform the business and to drive recruitment strategies and tactics

Knowledge and Qualifications

• PhD is strongly preferred with direct lab-based experience in relevant field, such as cell biology, immunology, biotechnology, biochemistry (a minimum of a BSc is required)

• Bilingual in French preferred

• Previous recruitment and/or sales experience preferred
