Recruitment Fraud Alert

Job Description Summary

The Senior Employer Brand & Strategic Recruitment Programs Manager is responsible for executing talent acquisition marketing and communication strategies to ensure our global talent pipeline remains full and that STEMCELL is able to continue to attract top candidates who represent STEMCELL’s overall commitment to inclusivity and belonging. The goal of the Employer Brand program is to first, create a globally consistent employer brand platform, accurately reflecting STEMCELL’s employee value proposition to those outside of STEMCELL, and secondly, to continue to improve the employer brand recognition in major markets in which STEMCELL is actively recruiting.

STEMCELL’s recruitment brand will be measured on it’s ability to improve the external understanding of STEMCELL as an employer of choice and to measurably increase the attraction of diverse and inclusive talent for all departments. This role is responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of the Employer Branding program as a part of the global Talent Acquisition team. This includes maintaining the consistency of overall employer brand and implementing strategies to boost the pipeline of candidates representing equity deserving groups across all major markets in which STEMCELL is actively recruiting.

In this newly created role, you will be accountable for improving the visibility of our employer brand externally and internally by showcasing STEMCELL values, people and culture to key initiatives including diversity and inclusiveness, and for increasing the diversity of our candidate pool over time, particularly in leadership roles.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and evolve best-in-class employer brand marketing and communications strategies, tactics, key messages and metrics that support our employee value proposition, drive consideration and favourability with the talent market, and enable team member advocacy

  • Establish detailed, measurable plan to improve pipeline of diverse talent inclusive of recruitment marketing to associations, recruitment sites and societies etc serving the interests of equity deserving groups.  Execute the plan in the context of STEMCELL’s recruitment activities

  • Liaise with internal partners and external agencies to support the development of authentic, inspiring, innovative and effective employer brand, aligned to STEMCELL’s overall branding efforts, and ensure the application of a consistent and compelling brand and recruitment marketing approach

  • Facilitate and execute talent acquisition marketing and communication strategies to attract top candidates across a broad and inclusive candidate pool


  • Bachelor's degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience in employer branding work or master's with 4-8 years of experience 

  • Related experience in program management and facilitating and managing consultation processes with a wide range of stakeholder groups required

  • Agile and driven to scrutinize existing methods of working using insights and data

  • Experience communicating and influencing within a complex interdisciplinary environment

  •  Innovative and creative thinker who can find new ways to connect with prospective candidates

  • Employer brand and recruitment marketing experience
